Beach Week 2010

With apologies to anyone who feels a picture of them here is unflattering, here are some photos of the week for those who weren't there this year (Charlotte, Frances, Christina & family).

There was, of course, lots of beach-going:

in the water

and out.

One morning, Zoe found a conch shell in the water.
Soon, nearly every kid had found one that morning!

There was football.

Britt had a birthday,

and the kids all sang "Baby Shark" for the celebration.

The dress-up options for this year's costume party were:

World Cup

or

Lady Gaga.

One night, the kids made the dinner:

potato latkes,

burritos,

(with gaucamole),

and candied orange peel for dessert.

(And a side of charm.)

The adults waited patiently on the porch,

And the results were greatly appreciated.

Beau finally grew to be taller than his mom.

All-in-all, a good trip.
